Because it needed to be done. The Door's been ripping people out of their realities and bringing them here for - what, almost a year now? We should be better organized than this.

Your efforts will be appreciated. Perhaps people will acclimate more quickly, and stop blaming me for everything.

Well, the first part is my intent, at least. I don't know if you'll ever fully break people of their blame. The balance of power is weighted far more in favor of you and the others. People don't like feeling oppressed, and regardless of whether you're at fault, the perception is that you're like the others, and thus responsible - even if it really was only Fear's doing.

Yes. People have a very difficult time judging us separately from one another, but they also demand that we judge you separately from each other. It is complicated, to say the least.

Perhaps there should be an instruction manual.

[That's ... not an entirely bad idea. Hope and Delight have both indicated their base of knowledge about the people here, particularly humans, is lacking.]

I'm sure someone could be talked into writing one, if properly motivated.
