Well, the first part is my intent, at least. I don't know if you'll ever fully break people of their blame. The balance of power is weighted far more in favor of you and the others. People don't like feeling oppressed, and regardless of whether you're at fault, the perception is that you're like the others, and thus responsible - even if it really was only Fear's doing.
